There are 15 rental cabins, 2 staff cabins, a laundry / guide cabin, 4 rental “bunkies” (1 bunkbed in each) plus a staff bunkie. There is also a large outdoor covered kitchen area with 2 BBQs and all the pots, pans and utensils needed. Other buildings include a pump house, cleaning / electrical shed, wood shed, tool shed and 2 storage sheds.
The cabins are located on 5.6 acres approx. 20 minutes west of Golden, BC. They were built for a tour company out of Vancouver, BC which regularly brings in bus loads of guests. Act now and you can secure the tour contract for 2020. The buses bring in up to 55 guests at a time. The outdoor kitchen / dining area can hold a full bus and there is enough seating around the fire pit to also hold a full bus.
When the buses aren’t here the cabins are rented through airbnb and expedia. We have a lot of repeat guests from Calgary, Edmonton and the interior of BC.
The cabins are clean, comfortable and quiet. They each feature 2 queen beds, a 3 piece washroom, a separate hot water tank for each cabin, and a TV with DVD player. There is wi fi available for guests. The bunkies feature an overlapping bunk bed plus 2 camp chairs and a 5 gallon water tank for drinking and washing up.
